Click Try for free
Step 2: Sign In or Sign Up:

Click Set up account
Fill in the required information and Click Next.
Note: once the trail account is created you cannot change the country or region of the trial account. Based on the region selected, Dynamics 365 Data Centre locations are assigned by platform and Apps are installed available in the region.
Verify yourself by Text me / Call me option.
Enter the following details such as username, domain and password and Click Next.

Once you click on Start Using Dynamics 365 Sales Premium Trial a new window will appear at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ , login with credentials just created above.
Enter the Name of the new Environment and Click Next. If you need to create a Dataverse environment for a different region you may choose from the list as per your choice.
In the next screen select default language, currency, select security group, create your own URL.
Enable Dynamics 365 Apps? Yes, and select apps from the list as per your need.
Click Save
New Environment Preparing. Once Ready select the Environment and click Open to browse through Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
